Perfect. Lucked into a handicapped room even tho we didn't need one. Brand new sleeper sofa, cozy little chill area separate from the bedroom. Big bathroom. Nice kitchen, very clean. Lobby area very nice, breakfast was ready and full menu available 645, I came down early for coffee. Nice friendly dining attendant keeping it spotless. And the cookies at the door on check-in were the welcome home we needed ❤️

Really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. Rooms were great. Bed was amazing… soft and comfortable didn’t wake up with a back ache. Shower had awesome pressure. Nice little kitchen. Definitely will be back to this Hotel if I’m in the neighborhood again.

Substandard for a Hilton. I do not recommend and will not stay at this location again. Entry door to room was bent and did not shut properly. Phones are disconnected and one even had no buttons. Mold on bathroom ceiling. There was a party in the room above me that went on past 2am so no sleep for me. Wine or blood stains on the drapes in LR and sofa. Cabinet doors do not match. Room smelled of a spray that was used to cover up another smell. Location is convenient but this hotel needs a total reno. Front desk could not stop the party above me for some reason. I went to the room myself at 1am and asked the residents, unsuccessfully, to shut it down or be more respectful to others who are trying to sleep. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Great location. Would not stay again. Room smelled like mildew and musty. Closet doors had been falling off the hindges. The floor had soft spots and made me feel like their had been mold present. It honestly felt like I was staying at a cheap motel not a Hilton. Very disappointed.

Great place to stay for a trip to Richmond we heather visiting family, shopping or seeing the historical sites. Rooms are well laid out and comfortable, staff is helpful and friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Wifi was excellent. Highly recommend.

Room was substandard for Hilton property & homewood suite. The bed , bathroom, and entry door all were in very poor shape. To name a few of the disappointments. Needing a remodel, overdue. Bed was terrible. I was not asked at check out how the Stay was. Staff was okay, pleasant. Breakfast below average I would not stay again at this Hilton property. Feedback from loyal guest.

Service is essential in the hospitality business and this hotel knows the meaning of it. From Melissa, Emily and Dylan at the front desk to Tyrone in the breakfast area they all know the meaning of treating the guest right. You want peace and quiet plus comfortable rooms this is the place to come. Even the Wednesday evening reception was perfect.

Stayed at this location for a week. The hotel itself was very nice and the rooms seemed nice and well laid out. Unfortunately for me and my family. We arrived at 3 am and they placed us into a room that smelled like someone burned something …
